SWLA Center for Health Services (SWLA Health) is a well-established non-profit that provides cost-effective and comprehensive health care and support services in the Lake Charles, Lafayette, Crowley, and Oberlin area.
The Solution
SWLA Health’s website is a resource for current and future clients, as well as, SWLA Health staff. As the needs of the organization have grown, SWLA Health is in need of a user-friendly, scalable website. To achieve this, Firefly proposed redeveloping a bold, user-centric website that showcases service lines and locations; including staff-only pages and a public event calendar.Â
In addition, Firefly worked with SWLA Health to claim and optimize local business listings on Google My Business and Facebook to increase online visibility. Firefly also plans to implement the following features in Phase 2 of website development: a merchandise center, live chat, and subscription feature.
