The Greater New Orleans Executives Association or GNOEA is a robust association including some of the top business owners in the Greater New Orleans area. Each of their members corresponds to a certain category of business within their database. They needed a way to easily search this database on their website.
The Solution
Firefly worked with GNOEA to upgrade their membership process to include an easily searchable database of members while allowing members to log in and update their information quickly and efficiently.
This process included creating custom training videos for the members as a step by step walkthrough of the newly updated online membership process. Firefly also worked with the GNOEA to clean up existing website content and create new graphics to modernize the website including a custom made opening cinemagraph for the homepage.
Comprehensive training was conducted to ensure that GNOEA was able to easily induct new members who apply and work with their current members to get their profiles up to snuff.
