The project started with an analysis of Smart Choice’s market and target audience personas. We worked with the Smart Choice team to develop the marketing strategy and plan, followed by the implementation.
This included branding and corporate identity, with logo and collateral design, production and printing. The goal was to establish a leadership position in the market, with its superior product. Since traditional sales activities are a key part of the firm’s strategy, sales materials, brochures, print ads and a trade show booth were developed to promote the company’s services at industry trade shows. Outdoor advertisements were also designed and put in place. Firefly continued to work with the Smart Choice team closely to format and help develop new blogs, conference materials, and new website content to keep their brand up-to-date.
A digital marketing strategy was also employed to capture leads and invite prospects to demo Smart Choice’s software system. Firefly designed and developed an online conversion strategy using SEO, SEM and email marketing tactics. A full social media platform branding was implemented and posts were designed to help boost their social media presence and generate professional news announcements.
The Smart Choice solution was a comprehensive marketing strategy that brought the company from a small start-up to a growing company.
